Look at the smoke on that "Yard Bird" (Chicken); it was smoked for about 6 to 8 hours, lying between a brisket and a leg quarters, receiving all the juice from each item. Smoked until internal temperature is a-ok. This Yard Bird can be paired with almost anything that your heart desires (on the menu that is) and will be a great addition to any meal.
